“Services” refers to the Hala Sports platform and any related services provided by us.

10.0 Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals to the websites that you visit. Hala Sports does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals as we do not track our users’ online activities over time and across third-party websites.

11.0 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Hala Sports is based in Malaysia. If you are accessing our Services from outside of Malaysia, please be aware that your User Data may be transferred to, stored and processed in Malaysia, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer, storing or processing of your personal information in Malaysia.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Hala Sports. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites or services.
